Zaihsin Home Decor is a home and interior design inspiration platform. We keep first-party data collection limited, do not sell personal data, and use third-party analytics and advertising services as explained below.

1. Who we are
Zaihsin Home Decor ("we", "us") operates this website at zaihsinhomedecor.com. We publish interior design ideas and honest decor guides. We are not a store and do not process payments or ship products.
2. What we collect
We deliberately collect very little:
- Anonymous analytics. We record aggregate page visits and basic interaction events (for example, which design or article was opened or which outbound link was clicked) so we know which content is helpful. This data is not tied to your name or email.
- A random browser identifier. A non-personal random ID is stored in your browser's local storage to avoid double-counting the same device in visit statistics. It contains no personal information and never leaves your browser except as an opaque token.
- Local browser storage. Your saved/bookmarked designs and filter preferences are stored only in your own browser (local and session storage). We do not receive a copy.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may keep routine technical logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability, as is standard for any website.
- Newsletter details (only if you subscribe). If you enter your name and email to subscribe for new-design updates, we store just those two fields with our managed database provider so we can send you what you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we never sell or share them.
We do not collect payment details or precise location, and we never sell your data. We do use Google Analytics to understand traffic and Google AdSense to show ads, both explained below.
3. Cookies and local storage
We and our partners use cookies and your browser's local and session storage for three things: functional storage (your saved designs, filter state and the anonymous browser identifier described above), analytics (via Google Analytics), and advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can clear cookies and storage at any time from your browser settings without losing access to any content.
4. Third-party services and advertising
- Outbound links. If we link to another website, that site applies its own privacy policy and may set its own cookies. We have no control over those.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect aggregate, non-identifying usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device and referrer) so we can see what readers find useful.
- Google AdSense. We use Google AdSense to display ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites (see the note below).
- Monetag. We use Monetag advertising formats, including vignette and in-page placements. Monetag and its advertising partners may process device, browser, approximate-location and interaction data and may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, limit and measure ads.
- Hosting and data backend. The site is hosted on a managed platform and uses a managed database to store editorial content and aggregate analytics. These providers process data only to deliver the site.
- Fonts and icons. We load web fonts and icons from public CDNs to render the site.
This site is monetised in part through Google AdSense. Google and its certified partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, and may show ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can control this:

5. How we use data
Aggregate analytics help us improve our editorial coverage, see which designs and guides readers find valuable, and keep the site fast and reliable. Advertising is handled by Google and its partners as described above. We never sell or rent any personal data.
6. Your choices
- Clear your browser's local/session storage to remove saved designs, preferences, and the anonymous identifier.
- Use private/incognito browsing to prevent any local persistence between sessions.
- Block CDN or analytics requests with a browser extension, the site remains readable.
7. Children
Zaihsin Home Decor is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
